These belts are commercially available "professional" belts with double natural latex tubes that are more than three times longer.

Colored coatings represent different levels of strength.

The feet are made of nylon and have a Velcro closure.

Each foot strap has a neoprene pad for comfort, so the boot belt can be worn barefoot or with sneakers.

No size or weight restrictions.

If you feel comfortable enough to practice, you should be able to use it.

The resistance value of each color is different: yellow 15lb, red 20lb, blue 25lb, green 30lb, black 35lb
